Tom McDonald first established his business in 1983, as a summer student venture. Its primary operation at that time was preventative maintenance in office buildings, which incorporated the cleaning of induction units and filter servicing. Our major clients included Honeywell Ltd, The Co-operators Development Corporation, Canada Trust, and Scotia Realty / Bank.

New environmentally friendly refrigerants. We are a ControlsPro Contractor and a LCBS (Honeywell Light Commercial Building Solution) Energy management controls contractor.
